ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and on a whole, refers to an uncontrolled experience characterized by static-like or tingling sensations that are triggered by a combination of different stimuli. It is intended to target the stimulus that brings about the desirable tingling sensations and intense state of relaxation.
The tingling sensations are most commonly felt over the head, back of the neck, and upper spine as well as all over the body. This sensation has even been referred to as being a type of euphoric experience – with those who have experienced it calling it incredibly pleasurable, extremely deeply relaxing, most definitely stress relieving and even sleep inducing.
ASMR massage compared to most other massage techniques, is quite new – but it’s something you are going to want to try for yourself.

The physical touch involved, whether it is the massaging of the temples, the rubbing of the scalp, the gentle pulling of the hair, or the light tapping over your face along with feather-like brush stroking, works to reduce tension in your body. It's best to shower before the session. Drink plenty of pure water on the day of the session. Eat lightly.
People commonly feel deeply relaxed, emotionally balanced, and/or revitalized and rejuvenated. It is recommended that you take the rest of the day off after the session just to relax your body and slowly ease it back into the real world.
Session is performed directly on skin. We ask that you remove any jewellery, the only exception is rings that you never take off.
