I have a degenerative neuromuscular disease with no known cure, so there isn’t much traditional medicine has to offer me. I felt safe to release blocks and relax into a state of deep healing. The Bio-Mat that is incorporated into the sessions is an extra bonus. I literally felt pain-free after lying on the mat. Every session begins with an oracle card reading to ground an intention for your session. The therapist intuitively is guided to where your body requires healing. The goal is to gently encourage release of stress, emotions, tension and allow for relaxation of the body. This enables the normal flow of energy to resume and balance to be restored. Every treatment is unique and the process uses a variety of tools during the session: aromatherapy, gentle body rocking, chakra testing/balancing, reiki, energy healing, sound, crystals, mind body integration techniques and compassionate inquiry dialogue.

A session is approximately 1.5 - 2.0 hours depending on the personal needs of the client.
Sessions are recommended during times when feeling stressed, feeling some blocks, anxiety, pain or trauma. Maybe need to make some important decisions inorder to move ahead in life then Intuitive Healing may be able to break thru that glass ceiling. Intuitively you will know when you need support.
Wear comfortable clothing.....fully clothed during session. Drink plenty of pure water on the day of the session. Eat lightly.
Intuitive Energy Healing is all about eliminating negative energy and making room for more positive energy. Expect to feel changes in your body, mind, and spirit such as improvements in relationships, more focus, better memory, more physical energy. This is also a good time for meditation and journaling.
